Aim of the Course
To provide an introduction to different approaches, the process, preparation and management of departmental or project budgets as a business tool.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course delegates will be able to:
- Understand basic financial terminology and concepts
- Prepare and manage financial budgets
- Use the budgeting process as an aid to motivating, controlling and monitoring efficiency within their area of responsibility
