Aim of the Course
The course will provide you with an essential introduction to Anti-Competitive Agreements imposed by large suppliers or purchasers within the European Union. The course gives you the basic skills to avoid common pitfalls and potential impositions on your business. Managing a modern purchaser or supplier within the larger European market means knowing your rights, avoiding pitfalls and being aware of the latest anti-competitive legislation that could assist your business.
