Aim of the Course
To acquire an understanding of the main elements of employment law as they relate to unlawful discrimination.

- be aware of the protection against discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation & belief
- understand the nature of the protection, definition of discrimination (direct & indirect), the concepts of harassment & victimisation
- understand the concept of genuine occupational qualification
